About Allen Arts Alliance
The Allen Arts Alliance began as a city advisory board in 1998 to support arts and culture in Allen. In 2006, the Arts Alliance became a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that serves as the umbrella organization for the arts and cultural organizations in the Allen community.

Allen Arts Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and advocating for accessible arts education opportunities, support local cultural arts organizations and cultivate a vibrant arts culture locally. We believe that the arts are vital for enriching lives and strengthening community ties right here in our city and all throughout the North Texas area.
Office Administration Support (Part-Time)
Location: 102 S. Allen Drive; Allen, Texas
Position Summary:
Allen Arts Alliance needs an Office Administration Support person (part-time) at our administrative office located at 102 S. Allen Drive; Allen, Texas 75013. The Office Administration Support Person will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, scheduling communications, office management, facility management, onboarding and coordination of volunteers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative and imaginative environment.
Arts Educational Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: 102 S. Allen Drive; Allen, Texas
Position Summary:
Allen Arts Alliance Arts Educational Coordinator will lead the existing arts education programs on behalf of our organization. This role is designed for a passionate individual who is committed to fostering creativity and enhancing the arts experience for community members, particularly youth and underserved populations. The Arts Education Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director, educators, artists and community stakeholders to create engaging and impactful art programs that align with our organization’s mission.
