Artists may submit up to 3 works of art. The artwork must be appropriate for display in a family-friendly venue. A jury will review all the entries and select the artwork that will be exhibited. The judging will be completed anonymously. The artists will be sent a Contract, Hold Harmless Agreement, and Consignment Record, which they must sign and return to Blue House Too prior to delivery of the accepted artwork. Individual pieces may not be larger than 6 ft. x 6 ft. x 6 ft.

You can register online below, or via email. If you choose to register via email all the required information must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
File names must have the following format: artist name and title, i.e. VincentVanGogh_StarryNight.jpg
Delivery, and pick-up, of accepted artwork
Delivery time: Monday, June 4th, 2018, between 6 pm and 8 pm. Pick-up time: Monday, July 30th, 2018, between 4 pm and 6 pm. Other delivery and pick-up time can be arranged if these times do not work with your schedule.
Artwork must be hand delivered/picked up by artist or designee. The artwork must be ready for installation when delivered. Hanging artwork must be wired and ready for hanging. Artists whose work requires the use of electronic equipment must provide their own equipment. Oversize work, assemblages, and installations must be installed, taken down, and disassembled by the artist or his/her designee. Sculptors can use their own pedestals, or those provided by Blue House Too.
Blue House Too and the Allen Arts Alliance reserves the right to use digital images of accepted and exhibited artwork for promotion and publicity.
Blue House Too and the Allen Arts Alliance will do its utmost to protect the work in its possession, but the organization is not responsible for damage or loss.
