Cherie Fruehan “Faces” – April 21 through May 7, 2017

Cherie Fruehan is best known for her distinctive bold faces conveyed through various mediums including oils, acrylics and resins applied to canvas, wood and lucite. “Faces” explored the familiar subject of the human face, taking it to unexpected places through application of color and the manipulation of mediums creating both recognizable subjects and completely abstract interpretations.

Pop-Up Shop

The “pop-up” shop opened up during the “Faces” exhibit and featured jewelry that was designed and handcrafted by Cherie Fruehan.

Cherie held several artist demonstrations, giving insights into the tools, processes, inspirations, and techniques that go into her work.
